Hey guys PLEASE HELP!! I can't generate a sylesti or even CHANGE MY AVATAR!! The submit button is always gray and the sylesti or outfit I want to make WILL NOT SUBMIT. Please help and give tips on how to stop it ASAP! Thanks so much.

To generate a pet, you need to load in an essence. Guide to essences here
As for your avatar, if you click on any items you do not own, it won't let you save your avatar. You can preview any item, but you can't wear it if you don't have it! To get more avatar items, you can check the trade broker or participate in the ongoing Spring Festival.
