Here we go again. I don't have the patience or the stamina for planning out a long story, so I entertain myself with writing random short scenes with no context, for the time being. That way, I get to write fun stuff without having to worry about plot holes or worldbuilding! (Although I like worldbuilding). Plus, it's good practice and people might actually read them. Or not. Either way, I can get on writing highs without worrying about the lows.
That was almost poetic.

That being said, I'll probably post a short story or something here every once in awhile. Exactly when? Look at the bolded text up there!
Yeah, it might be erratic because inspiration is slippery like that but it'll hopefully be decently often. I won't try to post often, I'm just hoping I will. Because I don't want to rush myself feeling like I need to write something if I haven't for awhile, if it's just for fun. Life comes first and all. But hopefully this thread will magically make me, you know, write more. Because I actually have some where to put my random thoughts.
Anyways, do let me know if you'd like to be on the pinglist. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE feedback, no really, please say something if you have anything to say. Obviously, be nice with criticism and all that. But I practically worship any feedback on anything I wrote, for fun or not, so yeah. Even if it's just "lol nice". Or questions. I love questions. Relevant questions.
But don't feel pressured to ^^'

Oh, by the way, feel free to request stuff (prompts, continuations of stuff, etc.)! Can't promise I'll accept, and it may or may not take a long time, but I don't mind being asked. Won't do romance, I write mostly fantasy stuff, and no fanfiction, but that's about it.
And yes, short things I write tend to be quite vague with no explanation for a backstory, although I usually do have one in mind and details are hinted at rather than outright stated (mostly so I don't have to, you know, explain the backstory). Asking about such details if you don't want to interpret is totally fine.
I tend to write things on a post rather than a Google Docs, since Docs is next to impossible to use on my tablet. I really regret the fact that I can't put comments, so it looks like a mess.
Don't expect it to look coherent until I'm done, or even after. :)
Text is colored the same as the quote box to hide it if you want to be surprised. You can either click on the link to the post itself to read it, or highlight the text (I think the latter is better but it might depend on the device).
Oh, and another warning that it's usually 90% disjointed mess until I clean it up at the end...

Ramblings
Just my odd complaints and rambles to myself about what I'm currently working on or writing in general... For fun, I guess.
Since you can get a general idea of what I'm currently writing from this, I'll make it blend into the background as well if you'd prefer not to know. And it might contain information about what I've decided about the backstory, so if you want to interpret stuff I implied but didn't actually mention by yourself, read at your own risk.
Don't forget to imagine me bashing my head into a wall at the same time.
- Great, we have a new OC, as if there weren't enough of them already >.> My brain is an OC manufacturing plant
- Like why do I need 50 OCs but when I need a decent name for a sun god(dess), you know what I think I might just name them Helium because that's an amazing name
- Oh, and naturally I need like 10 reference pictures because protag can't decide what he looks like, because obviously you can't just be a wolf, you have to be able to look like a jackal and a lynx too. Oh, and don't forget the feathers and antler-horn things that you can change at will... what does that even look like rip
- I have too many sentences and no clue where to put them, it's like one of those worksheets where you have to put the events in order except I have to, like, strategically not create an info dump but still get everything across waaaa
- I'm writing in weird dramatic mode again. I have a love-hate relationship with that, it's either stupidly dramatic sounding or sarcastic rambling
- What the hell are you doing Lark
- I just want to know how you can trap a few thousand people and a kind of magical wolf-lynx-jackal underground with a ton of demons and casually forget about it

Might I be added to the pinglist? I'm curious to see the kinds of things you come up with.
Actually been thinking about doing something similar myself since I always seem to write incredibly random or weird ideas/scenes outside of context of my own worldbuilding dump universes but I never really do anything with them, hum
I guess any writing at all is better than none in the grand scheme of things, lol.
