I'm at 70 lv with exp over 4M why I can't level up to 71 what I'm missing

Level 70 is the current cap. Extra experience just piles up indefinitely.
When the cap is eventually raised to 75, most likely the extra will be wiped clean and we'll start at 0% to work up to lv71. There's been talk of overflow experience possibly going towards a special stat bonus, but it's unclear if that'll actually be a thing or not.
