I might just have really bad luck, or the flower fairies aren't showing up. I battled and explored Astryl's Meadow all during the Qitari Bloom Event and didn't run into a single theme, Qitari, or Flower Fairy.
Am I just being too impatient? ^-^"

they're rng. Sometimes you're unlucky and find none for three sb rounds, sometimes you get lucky and find like, ten in one

If you open a seed pack, it was random, just like my bad luck: I have open a seed pack, I found this seed:
Pastel rose qitari
Note: I dont like qitaris

Yeah...I've opened 6 seed packs and only got 2 that I like...
