I noticed Cotton Candy Morkko is a themed this year.
Is there a chance my untagged cotton candy morkko from 2013 could be tagged as one?

Sorry to say but from what i know that isn't how it works when it comes to themes. And i took a look at yours and the actual Cotton Candy Morkko and yours is just a tamed pet not a themed one.

Yes both do have a blue color but the thing is the colors for the traits are not the same so it's not really a cotton candy morkko just a regular tamed one.

It's from 2013. This is before tagged themed existed in the game. Themed pets were caught in the festivals but they did not get the tagged status as the feature did not exist yet. It is a themed from the festival from 2013.

Oh, that is interesting. I guess the same theme concept got used twice and it wasn't really something thought about since the original morkko theme was un-tagged. I've always wanted those original themes to get a tag and now if they ever do I guess there'll need to be some sorta year added to distinguish the two. Or just slightly rename that first morkko theme. Maybe we could just rename the first ones Fairy Floss instead since that's just another name for cotton candy?
