Hi everyone, I'm trying to make a design for my Puff, and it's based off a person. This is the Puff:

He has 8 TP regenable and all colors. I'm trying to make it look like a (male) person with white-blond hair, ice-blue eyes, a friendly smile, and a nice personality. He's very friendly, hates people being upset, is sensitive, caring, and one of the most amazing people ever. In my opinion. There will be a first-place prize, and that's it. So please make designs, and if you have any questions about the Puff or person, ask away! Thank you!
