Ethan had decided to spend the afternoon outside, solving matrices for fun in his math textbook he got for his birthday last year. He heard the sound of footsteps on the street and looked up to see the pretty girl walking her dog again.
He twirled hsi pencil, all concentration lost from looking up. He decided to stand up and greet her. He closed his textbook and stood up and waved at her.
