Symptoms include emotional instability, feelings of worthlessness, insecurity, impulsivity, and impaired social relationships.
Hello, and welcome to another group which will probably crash and burn like my others
I recently started DBT and while I can not be diagnosed (age for diagnosis is 18+), I fit many of the symptoms, and BPD targeted skills help me :)
With everything going on, I am struggled to deal with some of the symptoms and am having a hard time overall. This group is intended to help people with BPD (and really any disorder that you struggle with). This group is intended for making close relationships, venting, and finding ways to cope.
Guidelines and Form
1. Respect. Please be considerate. While mood swings are hard to deal with, step back and take a breather. Also, do not be a jerk just because you want to cause chaos
2. Consideration. Nothing too triggering or inappropriate. If you are wondering, do not say it.
3. Keep in mind, people are here for you. I myself would never judge anyone asking me for help, even on some of my worst days.
And finally, the join form.
Name you want to be addressed by:

I'm glad you started DBT as it is extremely helpful for learning skills to deal with a wide variety of issues (intense or not). I have also been in DBT (just graduated a month ago) and it has been by far the most effective form of therapy I've received over the years.
Name you want to be addressed by: Splov, Unstaeble, sp (really anything related)
Disorders/Struggles: ADHD, MDD, (symproms of BPD but they won't fully diagnose due to age)
Something that helps you cope: drawing (vent art or just any art)
Favorite song (Gotta love music): I don't have a favorite song but I love lofi
Most recent struggle (optional): Dealing with not being as important to someone I really care about and coping in a healthy way
If someone needs to talk about something but it's a little too explicit for the public or they just don't feel comfortable my PMs are always open and I will respond as quickly as I can with advice, suggestions, or just listen if you just want to rant

Thank you all. If you find something interesting, want to vent, or just want to talk, you can ping me or one of the others, if they agree to it :)
