So when I joined Sylestia in 2016, I lied about my age, and here's the funny part, I don't remember what I put for my birthdate, so is there any way to find out what I put, or I am just going to have to remember?

Not to my knowledge. I recommend sending an email or pm to Krinadon. Here's the contact page.
Do... you need it for something? I can't really think of anything on the site it would be required for.

Ah. Well then Krin is your only hope. The site WILL give you a happy birthday message if you're online during the day you set so checking in every day to see if you see that message is a last ditch method I suppose.
