i want to make a project using my springtrap bulbori design but i need 3 regular quality essences

The design you want to make it's the public one you have?

You wouldn't need 12 high quality essence for the project, even a project with full visible traits can be completed with 3 regular essence (I've done it before). When you generate the starting pets, the best way to do it is with 2 males and 1 female, and as many carried traits as you can get with the essence (2 if you're using regular essence), not visibles.
It will take some time to do, but not too long given that you're design only has 3 visible traits.
