Since approximately one hour, I keep having to reconnect to Sylestia. Could you please tell me if it's linked to a bug or a known issue?
I am currently using an Android phone.
I am starting to worry as if could be the sign that someone tries to my account. I got a weird message, a bit similar to the ones I get when I switch between two devices, but at th time I didn't think about taking a capture.
(Just in case I changed my email to a more secure one, and requested a password change. I hope I'm just being paranoid).

Maybe you're in a different IP address than usual? Unless you disable the feature, the site logs you out of unfamiliar IPs unless you quickly go into settings and whitelist it.

I usually get a message only one when I use a different IP adress, and it happened I think more than 5 times.
But, thinking about, as I'm using my phone, it's possible that it automatically switched between WIFI and mobile network if the WIFI connection was bad, or even between two different WIFI. I will keep an eye on that.

Are you receiving an error message when you get logged out? If so, what message are you receiving?
You can also disable the IP Safeguard so that it won't log you out if it detects that your IP Address changed.

After checking, I received messages that told me I was connected with a different IP adress.
I believe it was linked to an issue the internet network, as other people experienced problems with internet or with their landlines in my neighborhood.
If it happens again I will disable the IP safeguard.
(I hope that it's not already an oversaturation problem!)
