When did the last spring fest start?

Last year Spring fest started in mid April, same with 2015.
In 2018, 2017, and 2016, May.

Basically, probably 2-3 months from now, probably.

(However, the Week of Love mini-event is slated to start some time this week (or next week))

Probably not. There was a zone a long time ago but not anymore I believe.

usualy the " Zone" for this event is the integrality of astryl vale so as long as you unlocked the orchard it should be fine. ^-^
