I've known something was odd about party presets' alphabetization for a while but didn't look that closely. It was only after I cleared out a bunch of old presets that I realized what was going on.
It groups capital and lowercase letters separately.
Not a huge deal since it doesn't affect the functionality of saving presets and if I really wanted to I could be consistent with caps/lowercase to put them all in the same alphabetical grouping. But it might not hurt to fix at some point.

Interesting.
It seems this is how the function, array_multisort, operates.
Made a change. It should be fixed now and no longer care about capitalization.
