What rank do you need to be to get teter 1

Do... you mean tier 1?

If so, just do ranked matches. You'll automatically start out against a tier 1 AI. Once you hit 600 points, you'll move onto tier 2 in ranked matches but can play against tier 1 for fun at any time.
