There are 6 days left in the fest so Im wondering if I can start one more brew. How long does it take to complete one?

If there are no additions... let's see.
288 points needed. 1 point given per hour. So... 12 days with no additions. You'd have to have it at LEAST at 2+ points per hour the entire time. It's possible but you'd have to be militant about checking it during the day considering it'll go back to 1 point per hour at night.
