I am not sure if any of you were following her journey, but I felt the need to share it with you either way. She was a 7 year old little girl whom became an honorary police office of the Freeport, Tx police department. She has created a foundation in which to help raise awareness and funding for children much like herself to fight cancer. She was a wonderful inspiration to many, and always had a positive attitude. Recently she met with Altuve from the Astros before a world series game, where she asked him for a home run. Not only that, but she did many other various things through out her journey to help spread awareness of childhood cancer. Her story can be seen here.

I have been following since this all began rooting for the little one. But unfortunately today, the bad guys won and sweet little Officer Abigail lost her fight to cancer. Prayers go out to her family and friends at this time. Rest In Peace Officer Abigail!
