hi, i don't know how to send CoD. pls send advice!! :(

Select the item you wish to send, below your inventory should be a row of tiny icons (if anyone can provide a screenshot, that would be nice), click the icon on the very right that should look like an envelope with a green arrow, and it will ask you who you want to send the item, and the fee you want them to pay to pick it up.
Keep in mind that you cannot send some items.

You can't send money, the best you cand do is for someone else to send you a CoD with a fee of that amount of gold.

how would you CoD someone else a fee?

Like I said earlier, when you send an item to someone, it lets you enter a fee that the person you're sending it to has to pay to pick it up.
