Oh, it's been a while since i deal with that part of the story, back then i mostly passed it by using brute force and retry but the battle system have changed since then, let's see...
You may nead to hop in the trade broaker and get yourself a second accessory and a better armor for Flame, Draco definitively nead level 40 an above accessory from better quality as well. Keep in mind that Draco will take more of the damages so good gears are necessary for him to survive the fight long enough for you to win. ^-^
