This is in the years of Kings and Queens, Barons and Knights. Its when robbers roamed free, villagers talked all night in a bar, and farmers used his hands to get his goods. Its the time of the Rangers.

Rangers are an elite group, something like the group of policemen in this era. They practiced hard to be good at their game. Their tracking skills were remarkable. Their moving without being heard or seen made them thought to be magicians. Their most noteworthy trait? Their aim with their bows.

They were extraordinary. They could shoot with deadly accuracy and impossible surety. They thanked practice for making them better than they naturally were. However, the Ranger forces are all guys...At least that's what they think.

A few girls have managed to stay hidden for a few months as their apprentices. The outcomes were never pretty. Still, a few girls still have a deep ingrained want to be there, showing the world that boys weren't the only ones good with skills.

So, are you willing to join the forces, whether you are boy or girl? To take up arms and protect your home of Araluen? Do you think you have what it takes?

2) No controlling another persons character unless they give u permission and they acknowledge that to me. No intercourse or anything. Please.
3) You do not have to be a Ranger.
4) If you are a Ranger, clarify if you are a teacher or an apprentice in job.
5) If you have read this far, put affirmative in your other.
6) Seriously, have fun. Because this is what it is about mostly.
7) If you are/were under a Barons protection(the protection ends once you get your job to work with) put so in relations.
8) No doing any of the characters from the series...well start on the night where they get their jobs or so, but don't use any characters from any of the books. :) Thanks.

And Just Some Tips -
1) The people in fiefs become close friends.
2) Rangers automatically have horses. (once they are apprenticed and all)
3) Have Fun.
4) Please, please, please have the male part of the Ranger's force to be either above or at least equal to the number of girls. Boys to girls ratio atm - 5/5

Princess Cassidy | 11 | Female | Interactions: Marcus, open

Cassidy was wandering around, shirking her lessons, so she thought it might be fun to go and watch the battle school. After all, there, she could learn some wicked techniques about sword fighting. Unlike some girls who didn't think that battle was for girls, well, the ones that were judging were not the next generation. Cassidy felt like laughing aloud when she finally got there. No one had noticed her! Well, maybe that was because she was wearing her brothers clothes...Whoops.
"Hey Rebel. Coming to join the fun?" Her brother beckoned to her. Yep, that would be Marcus. He was pretty sweet.
"Think so...but it depends on what my mom thinks of fun." Cassidy swung down to join him on the side lines.
"Yikes, well, at least it isn't my mom getting you in trouble."
"Oh, then you don't even start to know mine." Cassidy laughed.
"As if!" That was the usual talk at the beginning. Then they would talk about more pressing matters. Like what was happening in the world around them.

Elias | 22 | Male | Interactions: Ashes, open

Elias' bow thrummed. That was the fifth arrow. And it also had gone into the bull's eye. A shuffle behind him let him know that Ashes was behind him.
"Trying to sneak up on me now?" There was a hesitating second, and then a firm, 'No, sir'. "Ah, that's good. So...How is the washing of pots doing?"
"Pretty well, sir. Just one more, sir." Elias sighed, and turned around as Ashes kept using sir.
"How many times have I told you that you can just call me Elias. There is no one better than anyone else here. Two years, and you still haven't figured it out?" Ashes gave a small shrug, a shy smile on his face. (Ashes will be a he to Elias, even though Ashes is a she.) Elias sighed. "Well, what are you waiting for, clean the rest of the pots!" Ashes held back a laugh, and did as told.

Ashes | 13 | Female | Interactions: Elias, open

Ashes went to the tiny stream by the cabin, whistling a tune. She loved everything about being a ranger...okay, maybe except the being quiet part. That was always hard. Ashes sighed, and filled the pot about a third of the way with water, and then used sand to make it shine. It was pretty much perfectly clean, so she headed to the cabin in the woods, and then grabbed the axe to chop wood. It wasn't her favorite thing to do, but it was something. If only Elias would let her train for more then 12 minutes on end. :p She was actually pretty fine with it. Cleaning things up was maybe her second favorite thing to do when she had nothing else to do.
"Oi, Ashes! Maybe you should give the bow a bit of practice, right?" Elias called her back, and ever so quickly did she run to get her bow, dropping what she was doing. Being a good shot didn't make a Ranger, but that was probably the most exciting.
"Coming!" She had to keep her voice lower than it normally was to hide that she was a girl, but that was something worth giving up if she could do what she loved.

Lloyd (aka Luna) | 15 | Open

Luna was just out....walking. She'd done everything she needed to andnow she could enjoy doig what she loved-nature. Well actually identifying every leaf and animal. Because that was just her.


Flynn | 19 | Open

Flynn yawned sleepily. He'd been up for ages yet he was ready to crash into dreamland again. It sort o f ran in the famil, overnned to sleep. He went to splash his face with water, maybe it'd wake him up.

Or course on the way he trips over a stone, stumbles into the cabin, and walks into a tree.

Damon/40/ Ranger/ Open for intraction
Damon looks around not sure where Ashia had disappeared to. She was good he had to admit that and this was her first stealth lesson. He stepped on Ashia accidently but didn't seem to notice.

Ashia was in the lower cut grass wathcing Damon move past her. Ashia felt the pressure of the boot and bit her lip hoping Damon would move soon.

"Princess, prince please excuse me but I believe the queen is looking for you," Justin spoke, "but then again I've only heard chatter from the guards about it so I could be wrong."

Faith smiled as she practiced sneaking around. She spotted another person and creeped up to them. They looked like they where on a stealth mission of some sorts so she just tapped their shoulder lightly. She almost launched into a chatter but stopped herself because she was trying to be sneaky.

Ashia notices Faith before she stalks her.
Damon just happens to see Faith's movement, "Come out you two."
Ashia got up and glared at Faith.
"Andrew why don't you go clean the cabin?"
Ashia went to go do so.
"Hello my name is Damon and the apprentice whose test you ruined is Andrew," Damon introduced himself, "who are you?"

Own races off after Faith, knowing she probably already got in trouble. He spotted her and hurried up to her.

He asked using her boy name. He noticed someone else talking to her and turned to him.
Sorry about my apprentice, he can be a bit off a handful sometimes.

"Owen why am I not suprised," Damon asks, "Fabian here deserves a few pratice rounds with my aprentice Andrew in hand to hand combat."\
