I have not seen a SINGLE one since Oct.29. I swear. How come I do not see them?

I haven't ran into that many in general, maybe one or 2 a day if i'm lucky. Most have been the more common breeds, but I've only seen like,3 luporas and 4 vulnyx. I guess it's just kinda hit and miss?
