dumb question.. how do i get pictures from my computer (for design contest) on a new reply? Everytime i press the image options it just adds "" or wants a link

when you click on IMG it gave you two block of texts like thos ones (minus the spaces that are for vewing purpuse):
[img ][/img ]
what you nead to do it to copy / post the picture url of what you want to get in between the two block of texte :
