Welcome!
It is now time for the second round of voting! This week contestants were tasked with creating a design based off of an orchid. You will judge the designs on creativity and how well they represent their chosen flower. This round of voting will finish at 9:00 p.m. forum time 3/11. Remember anyone can vote on which design is their favorite! Please use the designs number when voting!
Voting Rules 1. Everyone has two votes. 2. Contestants may not say which design is theirs. 3. Contestants may vote but can not vote for themselves. (I will know) 4. You can discuss designs, but don't be mean about. 5. All usual forum rules apply 6. Have fun!
There will only be one elimination this round.
(This is not an entry please do not post designs!)

Design 1 Dancing Lady Orchid
This design was roughly based off the yellows, reds, and pinks of the Oncidium; and it's unique shape. The Oncidium is an elegant flower, colors ranging from a gentle white to striking reds. It resembles a dancing lady, wearing a dress, just like it's name.
Design 2 Blue Phalaenopsis (Moth Orchid)
Less than 10 percent of the 280,000 species of flowering plants produce blue flowers so you can tell they're pretty rare. Most stores that sell them blue dye them to become blue. Many flowers lack delphinidin the chemical that makes flowers blue.
Design 3 Dragon Orchid
I based my design off the of the dragon orchid. I used the dragon traits for the Lupora.

This design is inspired by the Miltonia Orchid. I attempted to capture the vivid purple high in contrast with the clear white, accented with a gentle green.
