I feel like I need one because of how much stuff I have =_=u
So, it is okay to have a storage account on here?

having more than one account is 100% against the rules- if you need more space for items, you buy more inventory tabs, or more equipment tabs, or more stable tabs

Scath is right, multiple accounts are completely against the rules. Just for reference, here's the specific section of the Terms of Service that addresses it:
A. Players are only allowed one account on the Site. Any players found using more than one account will be subject to the termination of their accounts and a permanent IP ban.

I'd rather see people ask, instead of just doing it and getting banned.
