Order Process:
Thank you for ordering from me, first of all! Now, you probably want to know how this all goes down. First, you gotta let me know what 'cha want! You can tell me here on the forum or via PM, I do not mind. I will probably be sending you a PM anyway to get all them sweet deets. Before I start, I will want a full run down of what you want! Let me know what you see in your head, and I'll get it down on paper (or digital canvas) for you! Once we've gotten the details out of the way I can get started! Payment for small pieces (icons, sketches) are due up front before I even start on the project. Larger pieces require a down payment and then the rest of the payment after the projects is complete! Down payment is normally a quarter (25%) of the full payment and due up front. I will then produce a sketch for you and once it has been okay'd I will move on. Once I have finished the piece, I will then require the remainder of the payment before I show the finalized project. (This is to protect me from people simply downloading the show image and running off without paying me the full amount.)

= Payment is expected up front. Larger pieces will have a down payment and a final payment once the project is complete.
= All artwork is done by me and as such I expect to be credited when possible if my work is posted elsewhere. The character might be yours, but the work is not.
= You may NOT resell characters I've created for you for more then what you paid for. (Ie. Do not buy an adoptable for $15 and sell it for $20. If you have additional work done for said character, then you are welcome to sell it for whatever you see fit.)
= It is important to know I have a full time job that requires a lot from me. I give each project a 2 week completion time. After 2 weeks you are able to ask for a full refund of whatever is not done by that point. (For larger projects, you cannot demand a full refund if I have already reached the color phase.)
= I do NOT do art trades.
= Cash/USD commissions have priority over on-site currency and/or items.
= I do not care if you consider my prices too high or if you would like a discount. I sound like a huge butthole saying this in the ToS but if you want cheaper artwork, then you are not getting quality. I will not work for cheaper then the prices given above.
