Where would you find a wild neyvene?

If i remember right, htose are fabled so you only get them during summer (ryoris=fall, aerindi=spring, and I forgot what winter is) so yeah...few more months.

You cannot find Ny'vene in the wild. You can only buy them in a shop in Ethernia. That is the only way to acquire tamed Ny'vene.
Orca, you're thinking of the Lighira, who are the summer fabled. Griffi are the winter fabled.

As has been mentioned, Ny'vene aren't found in the wild. The closest you get to a "wild" Ny'vene (as in, not bought from the shop) are the exclusive theme Forsaken Guardian ny'vene, which are a rare potential egg drop from beating Vierna, the final boss of the Dungeon of the Forsaken, in a small number of turns.
But the vene shop is the only way to get Tamed venes (ones that can be mutated), but they are danged expensive.
As with the puff shop and scale shop, higher price = more TP, and the higher TP venes are just, yeesh. Yeesh
