If I remember Correctly, (I do, 'Cause Chi be a POKEMON MASTER!,) It's not Type, But Pokemon.

Ahh... The good 'oil times stuck in the pyramid... Man, it's been years since I've played. I have a Combusken, Maril, Geodude, Zubat, and that chubby yellow fighting Pokemon. I defeated the Elite with Blazeken before my old game got deleted...
Ugh!! It really upsets me that I can't remember!!! I defeated 2 gyms in 15 minutes... Wow. I am so happy... Too happy to explain how happy to have my game back...
P.S. This is Emerald. And I used to be a master...

None of the Pokemon you have on you can learn Flash, But the Pokemon "Shroomish" Can. Shroomish can be found in the Petalburg Woods.

How do I trade on the computer? I have never traded in my life. I've had Emerald when I was 5 and to 7 before deletion.-_- And now I have it back!

Can't say I know that....If you're playing a "Hacked" Game, I doubt there's any way to.
