so, i recently completed a ques and it gave me the shield thing. i went to equip it on my pet but i was not there. and that happened like 3 times and it is so annoying and i don't get anything. help plz?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that "the shield thing" might be referring to Sanctuary of Sarielle badges...? If so, those are currency, not equipment.
(If I'm wrong and it's something else - share the name of the item, please)

nope. its a relic, like the Newbie's Mundane Relic ( ciz i'm a newb and idk what anything is xD ), and also i bought a mask for my avatar from the broker and i clicked "use item" and it just, POOF. idk where it went...

Head to the wardrobe, click 'Items', and then probably 'heads' to find the mask. It may take some clicking through the pages to find it but it's there.

Equipment is located in the equipment section of the inventory (Inventory > Switch to Equipment) so it should be there.
