I used a lesser genetic philter on this girl here but nothing happened. Did I do something wrong or is this something that takes a little while to show up?https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=4463088

No, the results are instantaneous. Most likely she got a carry. You'll need to get her genetically tested to reveal the carried traits. A lot of people are willing to test for free - you can check the "Groups, Guilds, Clubs, and Services" forum to find somebody.
