So this is embarrassing... I have been around for three fests and am level 61... but I still dont know how to put a pet costume on my pet. I recently acquired one and I cant find it. Any help is very much welcome. And possibly rewarded by something sweet in your stocking ;)

Check your equipment.
Then you set it up like an equipment

It is even marked costume under need. The equipment part :)
And in advance in case you get an Amulet of Youthful Illusion it's the same as a costume. :) Just make the sylesti look like a hatchling when it is an adult.
