I just bred two of my Sylesties for the first time. Afterward, I noticed a little egg symbol on the mother's profile, and it says: "Recovering: 65:56:28". I'm guessing that stands for hours, minutes, and seconds? And if she is recovering from giving birth, can she not join me on my party?

She can still join your party and go on missions. She just won't be able to be bred again for a few days.
Edit: Despite this being a breeding question it would probably go best in the FAQ (For Newbies) section of the forums.
