I just started and have several questions!

1) is there an easier way to see in the wardrobe what I own? Like I can only see what I own instead of scrolling through all the stuff I dont just to find it?

2) I need better ways to make gold/treasure whatever this is. I need to expand my party to 3 which is 25k but I cant get above 13k because my pets keep dying in battle and I need to keep healing them so what little gold Im getfinf from quests and treasure is going out the window

3) my pets have awesome colors, but they have no genes or traits so theyre just blank and basic. Can I change their genes and mutations? Is there a scrying place where I can preview what the pet will look like with said genes or traits?

4) is there a pet adoption center somewhere or a place where people give pets to newbies for free?

5) is jinxies jamboree worth playing or doing? It looks like gambling to me, maybe something I shouldnt do yet

6) what is the best way to sell sylestis? How will I know how much a sylesti is worth?

7) when does an egg hatch?

8)what are scales? It looks like a type of currency

1) Not yet. Until the new wardrobe is released you're stuck with scrolling. You CAN download the unofficial extension and get page numbers, though.
2) Missions are the best way to make money. You drop off your pets and come back in a few hours to money. Hooray! Pay careful attention to the stat that the mission is asking for. The higher level missions will need that stat to be pretty high.
3) Use the Load Design by URL button in the bottom left of the generator to load a pet's colors and play around with possible genes. There are philters that will add traits to pets that you can buy. I recommend checking out the trade broker or item auctions forum for those.
4) There are a some threads in the forum like that but nothing official.
5) Jinxie's Jamboree is pretty much guaranteed to make you money over time. You won't make much, though. It's pretty much only helpful if you're still new and need just a small amount of cash. Once you get up there in levels there's plenty of better ways to do so. You can get dyes and such from it sometimes, though.
6) You can set the price on a pet's profile or make a forum thread. As for how to price it... try looking around at other similar pets using the advanced search.

8) They are. You get scales from nurturing sylestis. You can spend them here.
