I have noticed that the breeding prices of puffledores is very expensive.Why?I mean it's not like im buying it I just want to know why.Also where can you find puffledores in the wild or as eggs?

Hello Malas.
Puffadore prices are so expensive because they can not be caught in the wild. They can only be purchased from the Puffadore shop from the third zone in the game, bought from other players or generated from essences. From the Puffadore shop, going by the lowest price I've seen, it's 70k+ to buy a Puffadore egg. It's pretty much a gold sink in the game~ when you get to level 60 the gold starts coming in pretty quickly through daily/hourly quests. (70k is still a lot, even at level 60~hope this helps explain. ;) )
