Click on your relic ( it will highlight green)
Click the relic slot on your pet (underneath the inventory grid)
Relic will move to the relic slot and stay ther until you move it off your pet

How do I find my relic? I have them but they are not in my inventory somehow

Go to Inventory. Click on (Switch to Equipment) directly underneath Your Inventory. All your equipment, including Relics, will be there. :)
