I'm fairly new to this game, how do i add more of my pets my exploring page? I currently only have 1 right now and can't get passed the last bandit group in the fairy grove

If you go into Esior's Haven, you can expand the number of pets in your party from the Plaza.

If you have more than one pet then you can do this. Go hit the 'Explore' button. There is one thing that says 'Party'. Click it. If you dont see it here's the link:

Now you'll see your one pet you have! (Usually it's your starter when your new)
There should be another slot that's empty.
Scroll down and you'll see your first Stable Pet.
There are some buttons that say your stable's name. It should be on the stables your pets are on.
Next to that, you'll see the first stable pet's name. Click it and you'll see a list of your stable pets.

Now, click on the big + on the bottom of the screen.
Congrats! That pet is in your party!
If you made the wrong choice, go back to your current party and click the -.
This will remove the pet from your party!

Is it possible to change the time/time zone? If so, how do you do it?

No, I don't think it's possible to change the time. The time is in the administrators' time zone, I believe, and is often referred to as 'sylestia time'. The reason for not being able to change it is most likely it would cause more confusion with everybody using different times.

My female Draeyl that I generated won't breed with my male Draeyl that I captured. Why?

she have to be adult to breed, generated pets are adolescent when you first make them, you will have to wait for a bit before breeding her.
