Your best shot at getting the first two items is actually coming up soon. Monthly items are rereleased during the Black Friday sale. You have to buy each set with diamonds but it's not uncommon for people to split the cost with others. Monthly items are very rarely sold by players and they're normally fairly expensive when they are.
