So if I'm understanding this correctly, I pay a fee, spin the wheel, tell you what I got, and then I get a pet?

Sorry about the wheel. I will make the wheel. And you will get rikki or not i dont know. The wheel list is Heart Desire 2 list, Easter Sunrise 2 list and nothing or not get anything is 3 list. So you can pray for get the lucky
