Yeah, this is a bit of a known issue. I don't know the details, but it's something that will hopefully be fixed when the whole site recoding is done. |

There's nothing on our server or site that should be causing this and I've never experienced anything like that at all.
What's your operating system and browser? Is your browser set to store cookies? Are you using Sylestia on multiple devices or multiple browsers? |

I'm unfamiliar w/ apple products and don't have one so I can't really give any specific information.
But make sure your browser is set to store cookies and browsing data - at least for Sylestia.com.
And if you log in from multiple locations at the same time, it will log you out of the previous location. |
