I'm just wondering when will it be out, because Krin said that in a thread a month ago that it was gonna be released then...is it released? And when will it be out?

It has been postponed indefinitely. That doesn't mean it's not being worked on, it just means that a date for it's release won't be set until it's 100% certain that the release can go ahead on that date. I'm pretty sure that happened because it just kept having to be pushed back a week repeatedly.
It was announced in the Mother's Day Update thread
