Im having trouble choosing my next project... So what one do you think i should start?

I would suggest that it's probably easier, and maybe even cheaper, to wait until the lupora revamp and see if you can regenerate lups for the third pair.
I quite like the second pair, but since ligs are a fables species if your looking for a cheap next project then the first one is probably the best
