I've already filled up my first, so is it possible to buy another one?

At the moment, hatchery pages just appear as you need them. If you breed another egg, a new page will be created to hold it. In the future this may change to make the hatchery more like the stables, but for now you can breed a hundred pages of eggs and never have to worry about there not being space in the hatchery for them.
