Okay. I bought a arms style thing in my wardrobe. I had exactly 2500 ex. I bought. I clicked. I was green. I clicked save loaded outfit. I went to look at my avatar, but nothing was on my avatars arm!

You have an Outfit equipped. Wearing an Outfit overrides your Clothing selections.
