(To clear things up, my name is Hybrid on the WoF amino this was posted on)
The Boawings, once a peaceful tribe, are threatened by war. Every day they lose land to swarming armies of outsiders (Sky/Sandwing). The tribe leader, Anaconda, is forced to send her (tribes) own offspring to Jade Mountain Academy. All the (original tribe) dragonets there are shocked- they had never seen such weird looking dragons before. And when they hear of the BoaWings situation, they flock to help their new found friends. But one (or a few) of them is a traitor.

Their snake-like build and patterns.
a b i l l i t i e s
Muscular tails that are prehensile and can wrap around prey, like an anaconda. Their sweat glands above the dew claw (spur) release a toxin that can kill others when in the bloodstream. Non-Deadly bite, but it still hurts and stuns prey.
a n i m u s
More likely to be albino and breathe fire. Harder scales and more spines. And of course, animus magic.
w e a k n e s s
Soft, weak scales. Extreme temperatures and the freezing cold. They can be affected by their own toxic stings. Flimsy wings. Cannot breathe fire.
d i e t
Bugs, small mammals, and medium-sized forest prey.
a p p e a r a n c e
b o d y b u i l d
Small, lean, and well muscled in the tail and neck areas. Short, thin wings designed for gliding. Long thin fangs that secret the same toxin as their spurs.
c o l o r s
Common colours are dark greens, browns, blacks, and greys.
Uncommon colours are tans, reds, and yellow-browns.
Rare colors are white (albino), light Grey, yellow, and bright green.
m a r k i n g s
Common markings are clouded spots that are usually darker than the base color. Tan, grey, or bright green underside. Faint diamond patterns.
Uncommon markings are red, yellow, and black-white bands around neck and tail. Light underside. Along with black diamond patterns.
Rare markings are pink bands (albino) and a pale underside.

The heavily forested regions near the jungle.

Alternates between dry or wet. Thick vegetation with an abundance of large, abandoned mammal dens, in which they reside in. The queens palace is a platform of saplings in a cave.

Ranging between the common fern and the typical jungle fruit/plant.

Mosquitoes, flies, small mammals such as squirrels, and medium to large sized animals such as deer.

Magic festival- Celebrates the gift of animus magic. Tests albino and other BoaWings to see if they're animus.

Feast of the passing Souls- Deceased loved ones are honoured and or buried.

It is a sole monarchy, there is no such thing as a king. Each tribal village sends a representative to select a new leader, when the previous one dies, from the royal bloodline.

Rejecting the rule of the monarch will end in your exile.
Every seven years is breeding season for adults 12+
The queen reserves the right to pick whomever she wants.
Do not reject the queens offer to mate.
Protect the young.
Protect the territory.
Hunt for the sick and young before you hunt for yourself.

Commoners tend to study and become carpenters and hunters.
The stronger commoners become guards.
Animus become magicians/healers.
And royals are the head of the government/head of trade and such.

She's the odd one of her hatchling/Hatchpack/Litter(I don't know what to call it).She is the stranger and more seclusive one,against the odds she is alot stronger than her two siblings.She was sent to the academy to try and help the Boawings communicate with the other tribes

Yes, and Dragongem took the Winglet spot, but you can make ateacher/asssisatant/ whatever Boawing.
