What kind of tips would you like? (tips for battle, breeding, other general tips?)

Since you are new, what are your favorite(s) color(s) and your three favorite sylesti species? (except from ferrikki, which is a new addition to the game)

I would prefer battle tips, because someone already gave me the lowdown in breeding. For my favorite pets, I really like griffi and one other who's name I can't remember to save my life. For colors I am partial to light shades of green and black

You don't have to take all of them, take the one you want, just don't buy one to release it immediately if you don't like it^^


For battle tips, all I can say is that you need to get the three spot as soon as possible (if you don't have them already). Your pets need to be attuned to one element, some elements are more defensive, and some more offensive.
You need to have a least a tank, a resistant sylesti with a lot of life (you can use earth Tank, shadow Tank, I think I've seen some people using water tank, but it's not the element I would suggest you to begin with, as it's a somewhat controversial some people don't like it.)
Then you can have an offensive pet, (maybe fire, air, etc) which will cause a lot of damages for ennemies.
If you have three spots, I would suggest you to use a Light pet in your regular exploring party. I love this element. Light pets heal themselves and the other pets in your party, since I use them a need to use a lot more potions than before.

But I may not be the best person to give you a lot of tips, some people have made a lot more experiment with battling that I have.

Another thing I would suggest you is to try to reach Aethernia within the week, as there is a fest going on and you'll not be able to enjoy every part of it if you don't have access to Aethernia!
