Recently I have began to compose music after getting an interest from a friend of mine. Playing around with it is calming and a way for me to relax after a long day. My friend suggested I post it onto YouTube to share and maybe inspire others to make their own music.

I really like these, but as I said in chat, the dunes one caught my attention more. Both of them sounded good for starting efforts--simple but with a really nice melody. I hope you will post more when they are available.

I really liked the dunes one! :)
The only thing is that it felt like the buildup to a song rather than a song itself. I kept waiting for a key change or break or whatever for the next part of the song, something that would make it more uplifting/exciting/momentous/etc.
Basically, I was looking for more, so the first part was good!
Waters just felt like a sound clip to me. *shrugs*

Yes, both are only samples. I am working on a buildup for the dunes one, actually, so it was interest ing that you mentioned that. Thanks for the opinions!
