I thought skill gains were supposed to stop at some point? , lol

Yea... was realized of this bug this morning. It should be fixed and working now. The script I had wrote was all wonky and needed complete rewriting for the mechanics of it.

Nobody is above Rank 3 so I think I'm just gonna leave everyone's progress untouched. You should be properly capped at Rank 3 now though until the cap is increased to 70.
