I'm very new and I am curious what to do with an egg that is "Not Nurtured"
I read this and clicked so I can care, I mean nurture for eggs

Here, you can search for Egglings and Hatchlings throughout other users' Hatcheries and help nurture them. By nurturing Sylesties, you can help to accelerate their maturity as well as enhance their statistics.

You also can find Scales, a type of currency used to purchase Enhancements and other items from the Scale Shop.

But I don't really know if I'm doing it correctly. What do I do when:
This Eggling is restless. = Turn the egg
This Eggling is dull. = Polish the egg
This Eggling is cool. = Warm the egg
This Eggling is warm. = Cool the egg
Am I doing this all correctly?

And another question, I did the tutorial and I had to explore and fight. Is there some mana, or energy to stop me from doing that all day? Can I just battle all day until I reach the max lvl? Can I do all the quests in 1 day?

That was that, my apologies if this all was written somewhere else but I did my best finding it not trying to copy a spam that already exists.

Yes those are the right steps to take ,
To do hatchlings it is
This hatchling is weak=work out with it
This hatchling is hungry= offer it food
This hatchling is restless= play with it
This hatchling is slow= race with it
This hatchling is derpy= read it a book

Its a pretty big story line so you can't do it all in one day, if your dedicated maybe two weeks. Yes you can hit a hiccup in the game where you pet dies in battle and you have to wait for them to revive or spend gold to heal them, but in reality the only thing from stoping you from progressing in the story would be lack of resources and time.

How long does it take for your pets to heal? :o

it can take about an hour or two depending on how low their health is.
