I want to start training some of my Ny'Venes. But they are level 0 and the lowest level area on the map is the Bandit Camp. But even there, I get my butt kicked by level 15 bandits. Am I missing something here?

Lowest level area is actually Trollsblight Caverns, not the bandit camp, and has levels ~5-10.

Also, it's not like all three of your party pets need to be the ones you're training up- you can stick your lv0 in with one or two higher leveled pets until they get some exp.

Additionally, there are exp orbs that you can use on them.

Also, looking at your pets, you've neither set their proficiency nor equipped them, which are... kind of vital parts of doing well in battle.

You could try levelling them up using missions at the town barracks. The green missions are 100% success even for level 0 pets and so always have and experience reward.
