Piper watched as her mom made her some tarts and scones to take to grandma. She scowled as she was handed the basket and her cloak. "Don't take off the cloak Piper." her mother called as Piper walked out the door. She went right towards the woods on her usual path. "Can't grandma just live with us and spare me the cliche walks!" Piper shouts into the woods.
Li Qiang hit the target with his hand and watched as it split in half perfectly. He gave it a grim look before turning to his mentor. THey raised a hand and then pulled out a sword. THey threw one the Li and he caught it, raising it to the correct position he bowed his head before the swords clashed together in the silent meadow, making clings and clanks.

Piper walked through the woods slowly, the tarts smelled really good and grandma wouldn't miss just one right?? She sat down on a nearby rock and chose the sourest tart.

Andrew walked through the woods angrily, he was so done with his father. Everything he said was 'You have to be big and strong!' and 'Kindness is weakness.' Well maybe he didn't want to be strong. A frown held on his face as he stormed along through the trees. This day couldn't get any worse...

Piper looked at the girl. "GO away. I am trying to sulk and eat right now." Piper said as she took a bite of the tart. She reached into the basket and took out a strawberry one, handing it to the girl and shooing her away.

He continued to walk, why couldn't his father just appreciate him for him, he didn't need to be strong, he didn't need to be ruthless. He just wanted to be himself and that shouldn't have mattered to his own father. Andrew stopped at a clearing and let out a large sigh.
