So I was looking at the May/June Sylestia Times article, and I found the poem I wrote ages ago. At least it feels like ages ago.

So let's talk about memories from times gone by or something like that. I'm thinking about my first thoughts about it and stuff.

When I first joined, I got my lost eggling or whatever at the bandit camp, and it was a purple and bright blue Zolnixi I named Lumenara, totally unawares of the species bearing a similar name. And when she was an adult, I tried for about half an hour to breed her with my starter, and, to my frustration, it didn't work. XD

Does anybody else have funny memories of being a newbie?

I didn't join in 2015 but...

lol when i first went into the festival contests, i thought it was for every of that species that you defeated(basically, if you defeated 4 aurleons, your score for the aurleon would be 4), so i kept jamming the mouse's clicking key, trying to reload the page xD

And also, I didn't know that qitaris all had scales, so i named my first qit 'Pony of the Sea'.
