I bought both restricted bundles and got three maj essences, two aurls and one griffi. I used the aurl and it was fine. I just attempted to make the griffi (G2/M1, male, max stat) and it consumed my griffi essence while giving me an aurleon egg:

I don't want another aurl |D Can I have it exchanged for my griffi?

I had the exact same thing happen to me! I had one griffi, and two aurleon majestic essences. I used my Griffi and received an Aurleon Egg. I still have my two Aurleon essences.

I attempted to make a female Griffi with four frosty fairy dusts and a Greater Ice Water.

I had the same thing happen. I only had the one majestic essence, griffi. I made it female, a greater water used, with 4 fairy dusts M1 and M3, and I got an Aurleon egg. Anyway to fix?
And here is the nytekrie I got while trying to sculpt a ny'vene. Used a greater water and a frosty glitter on this one.

There is also a problem when using regular Nytekrie frost essences. It will instead give you a Ny'vene egg
